Use cold pressed coconut oil

This is one of my favorite ways to lose weight without diet or exercise.  Now, just to be warned, this won’t produce results for everybody, but because this stuff only costs about $ 12 for a 14 day supply, it’s worth a try. Many people have been able to lose 5 pounds or more in less than 2 weeks, that I know.

All you have to do is take one teaspoon of this stuff.  For better results, take this the oil without food.  Do this a couple times a day.  Ideally, the best times to take the coconut oil are early in the morning and afternoon.

Coconut oil contains healthy chain fats.  This is how you are able to lose weight.  On top of losing weight, you may notice that your nails, hair, and skin appears much healthier.

Drink plenty of water

If you want to lose up to 5 pounds of excess water weight, the best way to do it is by drinking a bunch of water.  Your body retains water when you don’t give it all that it needs.  So, your body thinks there’s a shortage of water and will hang on to what it has left.  It’s a natural survival response.

So, in order to get your body to release this excess water, you have to convince it that there’s more than enough available.  And you do that by drinking more water.  You’ll know you’re drinking enough when your urine appears clear or very light yellow.
