First I clean my colon on the first day of my diet. If I don’t have anything else, I just mix two tablespoons of Epsom Salt in a glass of water and drink it.
I do this first thing in the morning of the first day of the diet to flush out the trapped waste in my colon. This will increase my metabolism, allowing me to burn calories at a much higher speed.

* I took one tablespoon of coconut oil 3 times per day. I bought some organic coconut oil from a local health store and took it by mouth in the morning, afternoon and evening. This oil is healthy and it helps release fat cells from our body to promote fat loss.
* I bought some fresh lemons, organic grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and a juicer to squeeze the juice from the lemons to make the juice for the diet.
This juice diet is the most difficult diet I’ve ever tried, and I’m not so sure if I’ll do it again, but it’s worth it with many benefits.
